A lovely old Spear & Jackson rip saw – No. 25.
The blade retains a very faint etching ‘Spear & Jackson, Sheffield, Warranted Cast Steel, 25, Patent Machine Ground’.
This saw has a beautiful aged medallions ‘Spear & Jackson, S J, Sheffield’.
An increasingly scarce opportunity to buy one of these lovely old saws.
We are starting to put up for sale saws we have been holding in our stores for a long time.

Blade length: 28″
Condition: blade is straight, all teeth present; one tooth has a chip (see photo), feels sharp but presume probably would benefit from a sharpen, please see photos for condition.
