Simonsen Inner Race: #1192-03

• Application: It is the inner raceway for the 1190-series hub (often referred to as the 8-bolt hub). This assembly is used on heavy-capacity equipment, such as the Simonsen KB truck spreaders and larger SMC pull-type models.
• Function: As an “inner race,” it is the outer ring (cup) that is press-fitted into the back (inboard) side of the hub. It provides the smooth, hardened surface for the inner tapered roller bearing cone to rotate against.
• Kit Compatibility: This part is typically serviced alongside the following 8-bolt hub components:
  • Inner Bearing Cone: #1192-02.
  • Outer Bearing Cone: #1192-01.
  • Hub Seal: #1161-03.
