Sold — Vintage 1900 Queen Victoria Commemorative Chocolate Tin from the Boer War Era

Description

An old Boer War, Queen Victoria gift box / tin. These gift boxes filled with chocolate were given by Queen Victoria to her troops fighting in the South Africa Boer War at Christmas 1899-1900 in order to help boost their morale.

Size: 6″ x 4″ x 1″ approx.
