The Southwire 35530 Surge Guard is a 30 Amp hardwired RV surge protector that offers comprehensive protection against electrical hazards. It continuously monitors shore power and automatically disconnects when it detects conditions such as open neutral, low (<102V) or high (>132V) voltage, reverse polarity, miswired pedestal, or dangerous current on the ground wire. With 2,450 joules of surge suppression and a 128-second reset delay to protect your A/C compressor, the 35530 ensures your RV’s electrical systems remain safe. Additionally, it features a caution indicator light to signal specific issues and is compatible with an optional remote LCD display for detailed fault analysis.
