An old Stanley 144 plane.

This old, increasingly scarce Stanley corner rounding plane no. 144 was made in USA.

This was Stanley’s earliest model with the Patent Applied for mark.

Retains a good length blade marked ‘Stanley SW New Britain Conn USA’.

A good clean plane especially of its age, retains 95% of its japanning.
